Successful people speak about Euroschool

FGE´s project EuroSchool is supported by successful people all around Slovakia. Read more about what they think about the project:

Iveta Radičová - former Prime Minister of Slovakia, former Minister of Labour: "I am fully involved with course of events in Slovakia and I truly care about the future of youth generation. Therefore, I am honestly pleased with the initiative of young people to integrate high school and university students by establishment of Future Generation Europe. For these reasons I have decided to support their pivotal project EuroSchool. This project can bring answers and solutions to improvement of current education situation and can aid in production of confident young people that are prepared for labour market and its opportunities. At the same time, I support students in utilization of all opportunities of self-developement they have. This way a new generation that can push this country forward might rise."

Slavomír Rudenko, Director of international relations of Pan-European University, Bratislava: "I have supported different kinds of opportunities for young people offered by different countries for many years now. Therefore I can see clearly the unique perspective of EuroSchool that can raise it not only at our national level, but internationally. I appreciate this ambitious effort of young people, because they are giving everything to make it reality. Their effort can prove that even a small country as Slovakia has well-oriented and intelligent future generation. This has been proved, for example, by subproject Mini-Erasmus which took place also at the university where I operate. Participants were motivated and fully grasped the opportunity to find out more about quantum of new opportunities. This has only reinforced my conviction that this initiative has sense."

Michal Truban CEO, Websupport, Winner of Startup Awards: "I am meeting a lot of graduates not 100 % into their profession as enterpreneur involved in the field of inovation. This is often a result of wrong choice of university and lack of practical skills in the particular field. Therefore, I am supporting project EuroSchool which allows students to have brighter choice in terms of university and at the same time, it supports their personal development. I believe that this project has its justification and fills a gap in education system.

Slavomír Pôbiš, member of municipal government BBSK: "I had the honor to meet a great number of students who at least partially spend their time abroad during internships or different projects. I am not afraid to say that thanks to this experience, they became more complex persons. Their choice process regarding further studies or work was better. At the same time, this experience gave them the skill of critical thinking and stimulated their interest in public course of events on regional, European or global level. Who can better draw near these topics to young people than their peers? For this reason, I am fully supporting ambitious project EuroSchool and I believe that it will expand to all regions of Slovakia and further beyond.

Ján Šalát, Verve, s.r.o.: "Finally a project capable of showing high school students their future path after the conclusion of high school level! Right at this age, young people need assistance in defining their further priorities. Education system of Slovakia definitely missed this type of project. Lets see, how it turns out in the future. However, in my eyes it has great potential.
